Safe and Affordable Home Remedy for Acne

Acne is caused due to many reasons. Stressful life, hormonal imbalance, unhealthy diet etc. You can't stop living. Right. You can find out the solution. There are many creams available in the market. You have to be cautious while you purchase them. There might be substances you are allergic to. So in order to avoid these problems, what you can do is rely on home remedies.

Home remedy from acne dates back to years and years when our ancestors lived. They always used home remedies for any problem. Be it cough or cold, temperature, back pain, skin problem. Acne is also as old as our ancestors. Thus we can rely on such home medications for acne.

Acne can be treated easily with garlic paste, paste of sodium bi carbonate, plain toothpaste. These can be directly applied on acne. Another home remedy is mixture of vinegar and cornstarch in to a paste like form and its application on acne. Garlic is said to be a disinfectant and is useful in cleansing the pores from inside. This helps in cleansing the accumulated oils and thus blockage of pores does not take place. All these remedies being strong will give you a sensation or burning effect but will be only for a couple of minutes. You have to wash your face properly when you want to remove them off.

There are many products available in the market today. You have to be cautious when you purchase them. Not only they are costly but it may also have synthetic substances causing you allergies. You can rely on home remedy for mild acne. When these are not so serious and you do not need a doctor you can remember your grand ma and use them with out worrying.
