It should also suit our body shape and make it look proportionate and slender.

To be among the winning league you should also try and make out what the judges want in a winner, you might not be the best of the lot but you will win if the judges find you the better than the rest. So it is important to know what color and shades go down well with the judges and how much skin show is allowed form the judges point of view.

Training is the key to win any event. You need to start training yourself months before the event and tone and shape yourself. A lot of self-discipline is what make us fit for the event. You need to be on a controlled diet, a strict exercise regime and also work on your public speaking skill and know what is the best way to present yourself before the world. Stage fright can ruin months of training so you need to have some sort of full dress rehearsals for the event.
