Development of Cellulite ConditionA skin disease which affects the beauty of men but is definitely not dangerous is cellulite. It is disease which somehow has a bias towards women more than men. Men who smoke too much or are over weight tend to face this problem. Women can have cellulite because of being over weight or may get it due to genetic problems. Cellulite doesn’t just appear one fine morning. This skin disorder starts and progresses in various stages. Lymph is a fluid which helps in circulating the blood in all our cells. In the first stage, this lymphatic fluid is drained out which causes cellulite. This is a completely silent process and there are no visible effects from which can become alert and check the loss of this fluid. The second stage too does not have any signs which can be seen and observed by the naked eye. The veins and capillaries are so weakened by the reduction of the lymphatic fluid then they tend to burst and there is a leakage of blood. This cuts down the blood flow further. The lymphatic fluid begins to get collected in the fat tissues. This gives it a look like the peel of an orange. The entire affected area becomes inflamed. This is the third stage in the development of cellulite. It is only at this stage when a person who has cellulite gets to know about this skin disorder. The last stage is when the cells are completely ruined and everything just starts getting accumulated with the fat cells. This is what causes those dimply lumps to appear. Fat cells are the first place where all the fibers begin to accumulate. If you have obesity or a lot of fat in the wrong areas, it is like inviting cellulite to come check out your fat. If you want to stop cellulite growth or reduce the growth, the first and foremost thing you have to do is workout. Just exercising is not enough, you will have to do specific exercises targeting the fatty parts of your body like your hips, buttocks, belly, thighs, upper arms and neck. Cellulite is a condition which takes some time before you can see the skin disorder. If you want to stay away from catching cellulite you will have to follow the old saying, ‘Prevention is better than cure.’ Avoid fatty food and drink a lot of water. We try to stay on a diet by ordering a cheese pizza with extra topping and a diet coke. The diet coke cannot reduce the amount of fat and calories the pizza is putting into you. Love your body and want to keep it in shape. Don’t just sit and eat then, change your lifestyle and food style. Go for long walks or sweat it out on the treadmill. Eat more salads and avoid oily and fatty food. A little bit of caution from your side will keep cellulite away from you and you can cherish your body and shape for as long as you want.
