Cellulite Diet
We all want a beautiful, slim body. But most of us don’t have such a perfect body. One of the biggest problems that can ruin our silhouettes is of course - cellulite. The cellulite diet is a measure that one should take in order to get rid of the nasty cellulite.
There are several methods of reducing cellulite. Daily physical exercises can be a good example. Other proper treatments are also a good idea. But only by combining them with an anti cellulite diet you can achieve spectacular results. Let’s remember what cellulite is all about! Well, cellulite is a fat deposit under the skin which appears usually under the thighs, buttocks and legs skin. Women are more affected by cellulite than men are, and the reason because all these happen is that they go through a lot more hormonal changes than men do.
If we think about fat, we obviously think about diet too. The anti cellulite diet is the perfect solution for the ‘orange peel’ problem. Everything that you eat will influence one way or another cellulite level. If you eat proper aliments, the result will be a good one. If you want to get rid of the cellulite, you have to avoid eating fat aliments. Salt, sugar and fat food are clearly forbidden in this diet. You have to eat fibers which can be found in fruits and fresh vegetables. They help you to eliminate toxins and other useless elements. Alcohol and tobacco should also be cut off from the list, as they produce additional toxins in your body and skin.
Here are the miraculous elements that are very useful when you are at diet:
- A vitamin: you find it in eggs, shells and degreased milk. It can also be obtained from aliments that contain beta carotene which is transformed by the organism into vitamin A.
- Beta Carotene: scientific men have proved that only 30 mg of beta carotene (the equivalent of two carrots) can reduce and prevent inflation and redness when it comes to sun exposure. You can find it in carrots, tomatoes, green watermelon, broccoli and spinach.
- B vitamin: helps transforming the calories into mechanical energy and are components of some enzymes which maintain the normal state of the skin. Therefore, the lack of B vitamin can cause negative effects on the skin. The best B vitamin sources are: chicken meat, red meat, fish, bananas, integral cereals, yeast and eggs.
- C vitamin: it helps maintaining the collagen which is a supporting skin substance. Stress and sun exposure can destroy the collagen, and this way our skin can become very vulnerable to the environmental effects. The best sources are: critics, strawberries, tomatoes, green beans.
- E vitamin: this is an antioxidant that slows down the cells aging process. Sun exposure can destroy this vitamin also in this case. You can find E vitamin in salmon, vegetables, light meat, leaf vegetables and olives.
- Selenium: this is an antioxidant mineral which reduces the bad effects that ultraviolet light has upon our skin; it prevents sun burns. Studies have shown that a low selenium level in our blood can cause the skin cancer. Selenium can be found in: tuna, sesame and integral cereals.
- Zinc: this mineral helps maintaining the collagen fibers, which give firmness to the skin, preventing wrinkles. It also links the amino acids that form the collagen and that are responsible for healing the injuries. The best sources: sea fruits, turkey, Soya bean and mushrooms.
Therefore, by following this anti cellulite diet combined with actual anti cellulite methods (special lotions or organic substances packing) we have the greatest chances to obtain beautiful and shiny skin.
