Cellulite Exercise

As it is well known, you don’t get rid of cellulite so easily. Cellulite is a nasty, unaesthetic and torturing ‘disease’ that has become women’s nightmare. However, many women remain at the complaining level, without taking the initiative of changing their eating and life style; this is the secret to destroy cellulite: to change your life from a sedentary and unhealthy one, to an active and healthy one.

Cellulite can only be defeated if you know how to combine successfully a balanced nutrition, physical exercises and proper treatments. Let us stop for a while in order to stress upon the importance that physical exercises have in the anti cellulite war. Of course, any exercise is good for the body; physical activity will never harm your organism. Any sport keeps you fit. You will have both mental tonus and muscular one. You should begin with simple exercises which are no secret for anyone.

Lay down on your back, with your feet on the floor and your trunk bent at 45 degrees so that you should feel your abdominal muscle working. Do three series of 20-30 such exercises, three times a week. Increase the number of the series to 5.

Stand up on your feet; hold on to a bar, lift yourself on your toes and maintain that position until you count to 5. Take up this exercise every day 15 times in three series.

Lay down on the bed or carpet and tighten your muscles a hundred times. Do that in three series.

Lie down on your back and imagine you are on a bike. Your trunk has to be at 90 degrees and your legs lifted towards the ceiling. In this position pretend you are on a bike for a minute. Take a minute for rest and then start again another series. Do that 5 times.

Lie down, bend your knees and keep your feet on the floor; lift your buttocks and your abdomen as if you wanted to form a bridge; do not be in a hurry. Do this 15 times and try to do it 3 times a week in 3 series.

Lay down on your right side, keep one arm on your flank while the other one supports the head, and lift your leg at 45 degrees 20 times, so that you feel your thigh working. Start doing 3 series 3 times a week and increase the number of series to 5.

Sit down on your knees with your palms on the floor; look ahead keeping your head straight. Lift laterally at 90 degrees each leg 15 times; do 3-5 series three times a week. In the same position, throw your legs rapidly backwards and return at the starting position. Do this exercise 10 times with 1 minute pause between each move.

Rotate each arm 20 times; do this exercise twice a day three times a week.

If you are an active type of person the combination between sport, a proper diet and hydration is the right solution for your problem. You can consider yourself lucky since you like doing sport and being active in your every day life. Otherwise you should have spent a lot of money on beauty centers and on electro stimulation, which is an anti cellulite method for the ‘lazybones.
