I got my hands & legs waxed about 8 yrs back. That resulted in large amount of acne on my skin. Since then i have never got my hands & legs waxed. Instead i used an epilator. However, that has resulted in underskin growth of hair on my legs & hands. That is making my skin look ugly. There are small scars on my skin & hair that does not grow and can\\\'t even be removed.
Kindly advise as to how i can make my skin look normal.
