Hey i have had dark circles under my eyes ever since i was born, i do have allergies but i am always taking allergy pills but i dont know if its allergies because my dad has them under his eyes too, i think it might be hereditary. I have tried the cucumuber, the potato, the tea bags, all that, im a guy and im wondering if i should wear concealer? I\\\'m going into highschool and this is embarrasing. Thank you.
