The pigments used are not allergic and they are made of a vegetal pigment in an alcoholic suspension containing isopropyl and glycerine. They can be ordered to a supplier and they are produced in approximately 14 basic colours. China ink for temporary tattoos is produced in the same colours range in order to imitate as better as possible permanent tattoos. A modern option could be fluorescent China ink which glows in black light neon. If you want to have your tattoo made at home you can use India ink. Sometimes you can use stabile pen mine.
