Tattoo Piercing

We all want to look different, to be unique, and some of us choose for this purpose the method of decorating their own body.

Adolescence is the age of freedom, of courage, of broken rules, of being terrific... Nonsense! These words belong to parents. The truth is that tattooing has become a trend.  It is very trendy to have a tattoo piercing, as it makes you feel cool and more admired by your friends. Of course most of the parents don’t agree with tattoo piercing. That is why sometimes you can do it without telling your parents. But in all your enthusiasm you have to think though. Do you know exactly what tattoo piercing is? Do you know what are its advantages and disadvantages? Or which are the risks? Let’s see!

Tattoo piercing process consists in inserting some special coloured pigments in a deeper skin layer, with the aid of a thin needle. For this purpose an electrical instrument, similar to the sewing machine, is used, which performs a lot of consecutive piercing movements. These deep piercing movements assure you that the tattoo does not come to the surface after a few weeks when your skin is renewed. According to the tattoo place you have chosen, this procedure can be more or less painful. For example on the shoulder it is less painful than in the back bone area. You can usually have slight pinching or burning sensations. You have to think carefully before having tattoo piercing made because it can be removed, but through laser operation and it is much more expensive than tattoo piercing.

Tattoo piercing must be performed according to strict hygiene rules. The tattoo artist must wear during the operation rubber gloves, to use unique needles or at least to sterilize them in your presence and not to dip them directly in the dye bottle. After finishing the tattoo piercing the rest of the dye is thrown away. If one of these rules is not respected you can catch a disease which can be transmitted through blood, like AIDS or hepatitis.

In the case of tattoo piercing you have to know that there are persons who are allergic to different colours and those persons who suffer from diabetes or infectious diseases are not allowed to have tattoo piercing. And don’t forget! Any doubtful person can tell you that he is an expert tattoo piercing artist and he can open a studio. That is why the best thing is to ask as many details as you can, even if this does not seem cool to you, because it is not cool at all to catch an infection or a disease. You have to be informed if that tattoo piercing studio has the certification necessary for such activities and if the staff has the qualification necessary in this domain. A real professional will be impressed by the responsibility you have concerning your body and he will offer you all the information you need before starting the tattoo piercing process.
