Temporary Tattoo

Tattoos are usually of many types but the main categories that are widely used like permanent tattoos and temporary tattoos. The permanent tattoos are engraved with the help of needle for inserting the preferred ink in the skin through typical tattooing machine. And such tattoo is just any image or picture made with help of any glue or glue which is applied mostly on the outer portion of skin. Such tattoo remains until the ink fades away generally within 3 to 6 days or when it is removed intentionally. Such, are not tattoos in fact in spite of their resemblance with the original permanent tattoos. Temporary tattoos are mainly done either for decoration purpose or just for the sake of advertising. The tattoos that we notice on the film artist’s bodies are of temporary class that are literally painted on their skin by hand or through some stencils that greatly resemble to the real or permanent tattoos.

As most of the temporary tattoo is generated advertising purpose or just as the novelty feature, the method of generating them has been tailored to fine arts of Lithography by Jessica H. Meyer. The artistic limits of such tattoos in regard to their size and artistic qualities are being pushed by this person considering it as the justifiable works of art. The temporary tattoos are considered to be comprising of five basic factors that incorporate the front side of the paper sheet, the back side of the paper sheet, protective plastic sheet, the ink and the glue. The face of the paper sheet is roofed with the specific layer on which the image of tattoo is printed using the specialized tattooing inks. Thereafter the coating of glue is done on top of made image. The transparent thin plastic sheet is then placed uniformly over the face side of the paper sheet fro guarding the glue layer and image. Back side of the paper sheet is not treated anyway since the list of material and necessary instructions for using the tattoo is printed on that part.

The temporary tattoo is generally applied by simply removing the sheet of plastic after keeping the image in face down position and just moistening the back side of the paper using any wet cloth or paper towel. The back sheet than slowly be taken out leaving image on place on the skin. Some of the tattoo practitioners have designed typical tattoos categorized as semi-permanent tattoos. They claim that such tattoos are though called temporary but they last for years. Such tattoos are applied with the help of the gun tattoo and are likely to fade away in due course of time leaving behind just no traces. Many practitioners claim that inks are inserted near to the skin surface permitting them to slowly marsh off where as other say that they use specialized inks which naturally disappears over a period of time. Such temporary tattoos are said to have good mixed results but any tattoo applied through ink insertion in the skin can be invariably called the permanent tattoo only.
